The Out-of-Home Advertising Convention (OAC), the most sought-after networking and knowledge platform for the OOH industry, in its 19th edition coming up in Mumbai, will feature a special highlight:
The Young Outdoorian Creative Contest (YOC).
YOC: Celebrating Out-of-Box thinking for Out-of-Home Advertising!
Open to creative agency team members, below 30 years, YOC has been conceived as an interactive event that will celebrate fresh new creative talent.
Format
Participants below 30 years from creative agencies will be divided into different teams (each team will be paired as Art-Copy, Art-Strategy or Copy-Social) and given a theme and campaign brief by a brand marketer for an actual brand. The briefing will be done online due to the high number of interested participants, especially from outstation. The online briefing will happen on 15th July at 11.30 am.
At the end of the allotted time of 48 hours (11.30 am on 17th July), the teams will submit their entries on the given link for the jury to judge.
The jury panel will comprise Creative Heads from creative agencies.
Two teams will be selected by the Jury, with one declared as the winner and the other as the runner-up. Winners will be announced and felicitated with a special prize on 19th July evening during the OOH Advertising Awards ceremony.
Winning team will be invited to OAC to receive the price.
The winning team will get a sponsored Air Ticket, three nights' stay and an entry pass for Adfest March 2026 at Pattaya, Thailand, and the runner-up will get a cash prize of Rs 50,000.
