Ritu is a passionate brand builder and an experienced business leader with over 17 years of experience. 

 

Through the course of her career, Ritu has worked closely on developing business & brand growth strategies, white space product launches, expansions, and other projects leading multi-functional teams across marketing, sales, finance, product supply, purchases and research. She has spent over 12 years building global, regional FMCG and heath care brands in organizations like Procter & Gamble and has launched many consumer initiatives for brands like Vicks and Oral-B.  

 

Ritu strongly believes in the power of purpose led brand building and has led multiple seasons of CANNES awarded campaigns like ‘Vicks TouchOfCare’. She believes in inculcating a constant learning culture and thereby, building high-performance teams empowered to take calculated risks and to deliver excellence and agility in the marketplace.

 

Ritu is a gold medalist from Delhi College of Engineering with a degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She joined Bayer India in June 2020. In her earlier stint, she was the Country Marketing Manager for Personal Health Care, South Asia at Procter & Gamble.
