Spanning over two decades, Malvika is a dynamic marketing leader with hands-on experience in Brand Building, Marketing Strategy Development & Execution, Corporate Communication, Industry research, analysis & forecasting at India’s top real estate and advisory firms. As Deputy General Manager – Marketing at L&T Realty since 2015, she has architected and executed comprehensive brand and marketing strategies for flagship projects in Mumbai and Bengaluru that have crafted qualitative as well as quantitative value for the brand. Guided by customer research, insights, and competitive benchmarking, she drives product ideation and sharpens brand positioning in competitive markets. 

Her expertise extends into corporate communications—producing compelling video content, managing internal and external newsletters, and leading PR and media strategy to amplify brand stories. As part of the Customer Excellence Team, Malvika ensures elevated client experiences across every touchpoint. 

A key member of L&T Realty’s DEI team, Malvika collaborates with HR to shape inclusive employee engagement programs and structured diversity initiatives aligned with L&T Group’s charter—focusing on induction, development, engagement, and inclusive infrastructure.

Outside of work, Malvika enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading fiction in English. A poet at heart, she also writes poetry and practices Buddhism—bringing mindfulness, creativity, and a thoughtful balance to both her personal and professional life.
