I. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Generally, we may collect two types of information from you: (i) non-personally identifiable, indirect and/or aggregate information that we may collect as a result of your use of, and interaction with, the Site ("Usage Information"); and (ii) certain personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide when creating an account or requesting certain services via the Site ("Personal Information").

A. USAGE INFORMATION
When you visit, access or use this Site, we or our service providers may obtain Usage Information in a number of ways, including: (i) the use of session cookies, which are removed upon closing your browser, and persistent cookies, which may be saved on your hard drive and used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site to uniquely identify your computer, (ii) "log files" that automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any Site, and which may include information such as your web request, your IP address, computer settings, or most-recently visited URL; and (iii) "clear GIFs"or "Web Beacons" or "Pixel Tags," which track anonymous, aggregate online metrics and help us analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns by measuring click-thru, email open, and/or response rates. Except as otherwise explained in this Privacy Policy, we may combine your Usage Information with your Personal Information.

B. PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
In general, we do not collect any Personal Information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily. However, when you create your account or request to access certain features or complete specific transactions via the Site, you may be asked to provide certain Personal Information, which may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. You may choose not to provide your Personal Information, however creating an account is a prerequisite for using the full functions of the Site.

II. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

With respect to your Usage Information, we and/or our service providers, agents or advisors use any or all Usage Information for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to, planning Site development, assessing patterns of use, and/or to include you in e-mail or mailing lists, either ours or those of certain business partners, as more fully discussed below, so that we may send you information or updates and/or offer you services. With respect to your Personal Information, we may use it to fulfill any requests for information that you make of us, provide you with access to "members only" portions of the Site, or to better understand your needs and to learn how to improve our Site offerings. For example, we may respond to your e-mail inquiries, request more information from you regarding your e-mail inquiries, or send you a request to join our mailing list. Except as described in Section III below, we will not sell or rent your Personal Information to any third party not affiliated with OIA without your express consent.

III. DISCLOSURE TO SERVICE PROVIDERS

To enable us to more efficiently provide the products and services you have requested from us and/or administer the Site, we may share or disclose your Personal Information under the following circumstances: (i) with selected third party service providers and/or our business partners for research, analytical and marketing purposes, or for the purpose of processing such information on our behalf, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations (ii) when we have reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, customers or other users of our Site, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities or as appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend against any third-party claims or allegations, and/or to protect the security or integrity of our Site; (iii) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws; or (iv) otherwise with your consent. We may also enhance or merge Personal Information with data obtained from third parties for any of the foregoing purposes. We do not sell your Personal Information to unrelated third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. Except as explained above, we will not share any of your personal information with any third party, unless we have received your express permission to do so.

IV. CONTACTING US REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION

If you have submitted Personal Information through the Site, and you would like to review, request changes or have that information deleted from our databases, please contact us by sending a email to delegate@oacasia.org. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to change or remove your Personal Information from our files, unless we are entitled or required to retain it pursuant to other agreements or by law. We will use reasonable efforts to supply you with this information and/or correct any factual inaccuracies in this information. Notwithstanding the prior two sentences, if the laws in your state provide you with additional protections, or require us to comply with more stringent obligations to provide you with, remove, or correct your personally identifiable information, we will comply with such legal requirements.


V. CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

From time to time, we may revise this Privacy Policy. Your use of this Site following the posting of any revised Privacy Policy shall be deemed acceptance of the revised policy, so we strongly recommend that you check back periodically to review this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the terms of any Privacy Policy at any time, your sole remedy is to terminate your use of the Site and inform us of such termination as described in this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to any Privacy Policy as in effect.
