Heading the East Region, Bhutan and Bangladesh for the Organisation, Spent most of his career in FMCG, especially packaged food across some of the most admired MNCs. Currently enjoying setting up a new marketing vertical in his organisation called "Experiential Marketing", where our food is at the heart of everything and not just the brands. Heading the Experiential Marketing vertical for Kellogg in India, responsible for increasing penetration and consumption of Kellogg's by providing food and brand experiences to consumers and shoppers. Key to the success is the identification of the right touch points for the delivery of the experience, the format in whch the experience is delivered and ensuring that the food and the brand are kept at the heart.to ensure that we have access to the right consumer at the right touch point, one can now choose to have a kellogg experience in-store, on the road, in the sky or at school! Each touch point has been carefully thought of, with the TG and the brand in mind...its the sweet spot where all 3 (brand, food and the consumer) come together to create a delightful experience. As the vertical evolves and gains shape, these touch points are being developed as new business sources. For example, the Breakfast Cab activity is now being commercialised with passengers buying a Kellogg breakfast inside the cab. The corporate outreach program is also being conceptualised with the end objective of generating incremental business for the brands. The OOH space is exploding in India and one of the key deliverables for EM in Kellogg's is to leverage this opportunity by providing the right packaging solutions, the Kellogg's Breakfast Kit was recently launched (it provides the complete breakfast experience including the milk in a handy and portable kit) as the 1st milestone in this journey.
