Monalisa is a dynamic marketer with 15+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing and digital strategies across diverse categories such as M&E, Auto, Alcobev & Market Research.

 

In her current role she is leading the digital transformation in HT Media’s radio vertical by helping the organization pivot from terrestrial-only to a digital-first organization. She has created and executed many marquee events like Yoga Bootcamp, Digital Icon, 100hours100stars, which unlocked incremental revenue during the Pandemic, while creating massive social media buzz and earned media for the organization. 

 

Monalisa has been instrumental in launching many new shows this year on Fever FM and unlocking new cohorts of audiences, including Auto, Tech, Real Estate and Women. She has achieved a growth rate of 152% in increasing the social media footprint of the Fever network over the last one year, and has been working strategically along with the leadership team at Fever to transform Fever network into a content hub with platform agnostic products and solution across radio, social, digital, podcast, on-ground.

 

Monalisa aIso specializes in new product development and launches and launched Sail hatchback & Notchback in the country while at GM, and Morpheus Brandy & Afterdark Whiskey during her stint at Radico Khaitan.

 

Monalisa is an expert in digital & on-ground event conceptualization & execution. During her stint at REDFM, she planned and executed many on-ground IPs like Musicom, Rider’s Music Festival, Swag Fest, and Sounds of Punjab, to name a few. She has also worked extensively on Reputation Management and Corporate PR with the campaigns winning at National and International PR forums like The Fulcrum Award, PR Week Asia & Gabby’s.
