In the years she has been with Madison Media, Punitha has spearheaded Madison Media to becoming one of India’s media powerhouse having in its repertoire clients like Coca Cola, General Motors, Mcdonald’s, Cadbury, P&G, Airtel, Godrej, Marico etc.

The Madison Media she heads today has grown into having five media specialist units; and boasts of a research unit called MMRC (Madison Media Research Centre) ; and India’s first creativity unit aligned to a media agency called MMCC (Madison Media Creativity Centre) . It is also the first Indian media agency to win accolades at international media forums like Cannes Lions and the Festival of Media.

Punitha has won many recognition for her media skills and has been ranked amongst the most powerful women in the Indian media industry, time and again by several surveys . She is actively involved in various industry bodies that define the media dynamics in the Indian market.
