Arpita Menon is a seasoned media professional with 20 years of media experience in diverse roles across agencies like Draft FCB’s Lodestar, Starcom, JWT and media companies like Ananda Bazaar Patrika group and 9.9 Media. During her tenure as Head of LabCentre at Lodestar, she set up the media research cell and was a resource to APAC countries, making it the first media agency to export tools. Lodestar has been a recipient of numerous awards at Emvies for Arpita’s contributions on research and strategy. She set up Quantemplate, a media analytics company focused on maximizing ROI of media owners, where she was the Managing Partner since 2009. She is currently Head of Media Planning and Buying at Star TV since Aug 2011.
Arpita is passionate about training, has conducted programs for various media organizations. She has taught at MICA, NMIMS and XIC and has also authored the book ‘Media Planning & Buying’ published by Tata McGraw. She is a Statistics graduate with an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
