Under his leadership, Signpost pioneered hyperlocal  programmatic advertising, created India's largest digital OOH network, and delivered 27% revenue growth last fiscal, with profits more than doubling. 

Beyond business, Shripad has brought global cultural and sporting properties like the Esports World Cup to India and launched the inaugural Orange Awards in Mumbai. His work has earned global recognition with over 125 international awards, along with the Indian OOH Business Achievers Award and the prestigious ET Award.
