Suresh Balakrishna joins Kinetic as CEO for India, the Middle East and South Asia, and a true media visionary leading Kinetic into the future.
Suresh is a veteran who joins from IPG Mediabrands’ Initiative and BPN. He was integral in bringing BPN to India and also making a big impact in growing the Mediabrand’s Out of Home business across the country.
In 2003, Mr. Suresh had quit Lowe Lintas’ Initiative Media as EVP and GM to join The Hindustan Times as Vice President - Media & Marketing. In 2005, he had joined Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) and became Director- Sales and Marketing for DNA when ZEEL joined hands with the Bhaskar Group to launch DNA in Mumbai. He was later holding the designation of COO at Mail Today, the daily morning newspaper which was a JV between Daily Mail of London and the India Today Group, which he later quit in 2011. He then rejoined Lintas media ( IPG Mediabrands) in 2012. With more than 25 years of experience he is as excited and enthusiastic as he was with his first job.
His passions include wild life holidays, watching movies and most of all teaching. He is visiting faculty at various business institutes across the country.
