Marketing & PR Director with Volvo Auto India, Sudeep has successfully driven all Marketing Communication Campaigns in his very enriching 4 years with the company. He works very closely with the global teams on their brand development campaigns and is solely responsible for driving and streamlining all initiatives of Volvo Cars in India.
He is responsible for successfully launching the XC60, S80, S60 and V40 Cross Country in India.
Sudeep is responsible for many firsts at VAI. He undertook many initiatives to bring the Volvo brand closer to the customers and making them aware about Volvo’s philosophy of ‘Designed Around You’ like associating with Aircel Chennai Open, partnering with the Avantha Masters and Lakme Fashion Week. He brought Volvo World Golf Championship to India. Recently Sudeep was responsible for opening of a Volvo Lounge at IGI, T3 domestic terminal, another first by Volvo Cars in India. He is also the brain behind the Volvo XC Adventure, a reality adventure series, in partnership with NDTV.
A Post Graduate from Narsee Monjee Institute of management Studies – Mumbai, Sudeep has over 17 years of experience starting with Advertising and moving on to the Automobile Industry. A sports enthusiast he is passionate about cricket and soccer and loves to explore adventure sports like rafting and mountaineering in his spare time.
