Manosh is a creative designer with experience in over 10 countries in the Middle East and North Africa, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. He has worked on and led a range of design projects involving large multi-disciplinary teams that have included architects, economists, engineers, transport planners, sustainability and environmental consultants, and smart city specialists.

 

Manosh has an in-depth understanding of planning, permitting and developmental issues gained through direct involvement on projects for international development agencies, government bodies and private sector clients. Since joining Jacobs, he has worked in pivotal roles on some of the Middle East and India’s largest projects such as the capital city Amravati in Andhra Pradesh, Business Bay Dubai, Lusail Doha, and industrial cities for Saudi Aramco and Modon. His clients have included departments of government in UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK), Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA, India, Jamaica, Curacao, China; management consultants (Booz&Co, BCG, Mckinsey, AT Kearney, Monitor); and real estate development companies (Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Holding Group, Qatari Diar, RAK Properties). 

 

Manosh brings a wide range of experience and understanding of development processes and operations management to each project, including the involvement and participation of stakeholders, conceptualising master plan briefs/ RFP, etc., for developers / sub-consultants, the use of appropriate and sustainable approaches to design and planning development, and the use of technology to improve work flow.

 

Manosh is an alumnus of the US Dept of State International Visitors programme, a UK Chevening scholar (awarded for Masters studies UCL) and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
