Roli Shrivastava is a marketing professional with experience across sales, brand building, and digital marketing. As Marketing Head at HOCCO, she focuses on building brands that are culturally relevant, consumer-centric, and rooted in strong business fundamentals.

 

An alumna of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a graduate in Biotechnology, Roli began her career with Airtel, working across Chandigarh, Amritsar, and Hyderabad. These early years gave her a deep appreciation for understanding consumers on the ground and building businesses through strong sales and distribution networks.

 

Her subsequent roles at Snapdeal and Zomato exposed her to fast-paced digital environments, where she developed a data-led approach to marketing while learning to collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams. These experiences reinforced her belief that sustainable brand growth comes from cross-functional alignment and collective ownership.

 

Since joining HOCCO Ice Cream in 2018, Roli has been part of the brand’s growth journey across multiple categories and markets. She has contributed to the expansion of the business into restaurants, eateries, ready-to-eat offerings, and most notably, the brand’s entry into the ice cream category in 2023.

 

Over the years, she has worked alongside talented teams to bring campaigns such as Hocco Aamchi, the Hocco Barfi Ice Cream collaboration with Haldiram’s, LEEMO, Bun maska BIX and more launches to life via initiatives that reflect the brand’s commitment to creativity, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement.
