Rajneesh Bahl graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the G.N. Khalsa College has kick-started his career from Infra Industries Limited. He later moved to HTA, Portland India, Madison Outdoor Media Services and Mudra Max, Mumbai where he attained the opportunity to work with some of the most renowned brands including Tata Indicom, UTV, Tata AIG, Kingfisher Airlines, IDEA Cellular, Coca Cola, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Godrej , Nokia, Essel Group, Times TV – ZOOM, Skoda, Titan and Bajaj Capital.
With an extensive professional experience of over 16 years in the Advertising and Communications industry, Rajneesh has had exposure to a leadership role at the top echelon of management in business development, driving growth and improving profitability for various organizations while ensuring customer and employee satisfaction.
At Percept Out-Of-Home, Rajneesh as CEO is responsible for driving the marketing initiatives, strategy planning, establishing short and long-term objectives for the company, ensuring delivery of financial plans, nurturing infrastructure, resources, leadership and processes for delivery of the annual plan, spearheading the Percept-OOH team pan-India and also paving the roadmap for the overall businesses for Percept Out Of Home. He personally oversees the Outdoor and Rural businesses along with synergizing and contributing to the Retail initiatives of the company.
Rajneesh joined Percept Out of Home in 2010 as Business Head – Outdoor, and within a span of 3 years phenomenally grew the Outdoor business of Percept-OOH. With a vast experience in the Advertising, Media and Communications industry, Rajneesh Bahl brings a wealth of ideas, knowledge and experiences from leading brands across the region to help take Percept Out of Home to the next level.
