Keyur Shah has been with the Muthoot Pappachan Group since October 2012.
He is the CEO of Muthoot Exim Precious Metals Division, a newly formed vertical of the Muthoot Pappachan Group, which specializes in development and marketing of precious metals related products and services. His role includes development of a new business vertical for the Group that would cater to the Indian consumers via strategic initiatives and customer friendly precious metals solutions and product offerings.
Prior to his current role, Keyur was the Director (Investment) at the World Gold Council where he was instrumental in development and implementation World Gold Council’s Investment Strategy in India that included the gold retail programmes via Banks & Post Offices, Gold linked Micro-Finance programmes, Gold Accumulation Plan, etc.
Keyur has more than 18 years of experience in Strategic Business Planning & Implementation, Product Development, Brand Management and Communication, and Business Development Activities. His career has spanned various geographies like USA, the Middle East and India in organizations like World Gold Council, Motorola, M&C Saatchi, Leo Burnett and Wipro Infotech.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing.
