Torsten Illgen graduated at the Bauhaus-University Weimar, Germany as an architect. After several professional experiences in Italy, Switzerland and Germany he is currently working as a Design Director of Inros Lackner Vietnam LLC in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Based on a profound expertise by Media on the Go - he and his design team was invited by VietArt OOH to establish within a pilot-project a Masterplan for OOH Media constructions in Da Nang, Vietnam. To avoid the boring "One Pillar Billboards" he and the investor searched for strong and unique OOH media structures in strategic locations in and around Da Nang. Successfully under implementation this pilot project will be repeated in other big Vietnamese cities.

He lives with his wife and his little boy in Hanoi, loves Vietnamese culture and cuisine.
