He is also an accomplished industry leader with an experience of over 25 years in Advertising & Media, Telecom & Technology, Banking & Financial Services and Automotive sector, and with prior organisations such as Dainik Bhaskar Group, Tata Teleservices, American Express, GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank & Eicher Motors. 

Pradeep is an active participant in many industry associations as Director & Honorary Secretary of IAA (India Chapter of the International Advertising Association) and The Advertising Club of India as a managing committee member.
