Allen has 13 years of experience in Brand Management and Sales in FMCG spanning two organizations - Marico and Emami; his 10 years of well-rounded Marketing experience spans extensive work on two Heritage Brands; three successful New Brand Launches, stabilisation and growth in Organisation eco-systems; and NPDs: operating across blue-ocean, penetration categories to complex, competitive categories among both urban and rural consumer demographics. Currently, he handles the Fair and Handsome Brand portfolio for India, a Category Creator, Market Leader Equity and signpost brand in the Indian Men's Grooming space.


 His systematic end-to-end experience on development of sound, long-term Brand strategies in changing contexts and consistent excellence in execution has led to sustainable, profitable growth of Brands.


 His work has received prestigious international recognition across diverse Marketing facets over time, including two Recommended Cases at the WARC, a WARC Asia Strategy Prize and wins at the Festival of Media Global and Asia Pacific. His brand Parachute Advanced Ayurvedic Hair Oil also has the distinction of winning the first ever hat-trick at the Appies Asia Pacific Marketing Congress, Singapore between 2012 and 2014.


 He did his Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and is an Engineer from Tamil Nadu College of Engineering, Coimbatore. A driving enthusiast and violinist, he was also the inaugural Editor-in-Charge of the Magazine, "The Voice of Faith".
