The 13th edition of the Outdoor Advertising Awards (OAA) contest concluded with the OAA 2017 awards show that was held at the Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Mumbai, on July 29, 2017. OAA 2017 not only showcased the best of works executed on the Indian OOH landscape in the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2017, but also demonstrated the refreshingly innovative ideas that have come to define OOH advertising today.

At the very outset, the OAA 2017 contest norms were redefined to raise the benchmark standards to a new high. Not only were the awards categories reorganised, but the eligibility criteria for each of them was set against stringent parameters to ensure that only the worthieset works were entered in the contest. The entire OAA entry process was made online, and supported with templates for all entries.

At the well-attended OAA 2017 show, metals were given away by eminent industry leaders to the winners of the contest in different categories. 52 metals were given away and 26 different companies won the awards.
