The jury evaluation for OOH Advertising Awards (OAA) entries 2025 will be done independently by the respective Jury members. Media4Growth or Thought Shows & Events Pvt. Ltd., the organisers of the OOH Advertising Convention (OAC) and OOH Advertising Awards, will only coordinate the event and have no role in the evaluation of the entries.
Ernst & Young LLP (EY LLP) has been on-boarded by the Awards Management as the ‘Official Tabulator’ to monitor the onsite jury evaluation and determine the winners for each category based on the jury scores.
To facilitate the evaluation process, the entries are bifurcated into three groups:
Group A – Brand Categories, Best Media Format Innovation, International Category, OOH Integration with Digital marketing and Campaign of the Year
Group B – Media plan of the year, Digital OOH and Public/Social
Group C – Special Categories (Innovation of the Year, Best Use of Ambient Media, Green Initiative, Activation, Retail Activation, Digital OOH, Transit Media, Mall and Cinema, etc)
The entire evaluation process of OAA 2025 consists of two rounds.
Round 1 Online – Qualifying round
Round 2 Offsite – Final round
Round 1:
Evaluation process for round 1 will be conducted online on the jury evaluation portal and needs to be completed within the stipulated time. (For evaluation criteria of round 1 refer Guidelines)
Each entry will be evaluated by a minimum of three jury members. Entries receiving a “Yes” from 50% or more of the total score will qualify for the second round of evaluation across all categories.
Round 2:
For Groups A and C, the evaluation process will be conducted in person at a designated venue where all the jury members will review the entry together and assign individual metals (Gold, Silver, Bronze) for each entry within the categories using their respective tablets.
Based on the jury scoring in the ‘Brand categories’, the entries that receive the maximum of ‘Gold’ metals will qualify for evaluation round for the category of ‘Campaign of the Year’. The jury will unanimously discuss and determine the winner for this category.
For Group B, the participants will present their case study to the jury at the venue. The presenters will be given 10 minutes for their presentations and Q&A with jury. The jury will assign individual scores for each presentation in the given criteria.
