The first round of evaluation for OOH Advertising Awards (OAA) 2025 will take place online via the jury evaluation portal.
Jury members can log into the portal using their provided User ID and Password. Please ensure that the password always remains confidential.
The judging can be done over multiple sessions by logging into the portal
Once logged in, you will have access to the entire list of categories. You can click on each category tab to view all the assigned entries.
To view the complete campaign, click on ‘Vote Now’. You can then go through the campaign detail and supporting documents provided.
After reviewing the campaign, you must score the campaign entry using “Score” button at the end of each entry.
Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ from the drop-down menu:
‘Yes’ indicates that the entry qualifies for the second round of evaluation
‘No’ indicates that the entry does not qualify for the second round of evaluation
Each entry is evaluated by a minimum of three jury members. Entries receiving a “Yes” from 50% or more of the total score will qualify for the second round of evaluation across all categories.
Jury members can reassess any previously scored entry multiple times until the scoring for all entries in a category is completed. Once scoring for all entries in a category is completed, no further reviews can be made in that category.
If you are unsure about a final score, you may leave at least one entry ‘un-scored’ and complete it later. This will allow you to modify scores in that category at any time.
Jury members will “Abstain” from scoring entries submitted by the companies they represent or work for. Such entries will be blocked for evaluation in the particular module. In case you come across such a case, please inform the Awards Management.
Last date to complete the evaluation for Round 1 is 22nd June 2025.
