Term and Condition

  1. On-site registrations will be done on first-come-first served basis only. All registrations are subject to the approval of organisers.  Please click here for delegate registrations.
  2. Delegates have the option of Registering with and / or without accommodation as per package mentioned below :
    1. Delegate Registration only ( Attendance to Conference and Awards ):
      Fees paid towards Delegate registration only shall include charges for attendance at the Conference, delegate kit, Lunch and dinner for 2 days of the event.
    2. Delegate Registration plus accomodation ( Attendance to conference as well as accommodation):
      Fees paid towards delegate registration plus accomodation shall include charges for attendance at the Conference, delegate kit, all meals of the day and accommodation for the night/s as per dates on which bookings are done.
      Under this registration, all meals of the day shall be served at the seminar halls only during the days of the event. Accomodations booked prior and after the event shall not include meals of the day except breakfast at the designated place.
      Apart from the normal meals, all In-room dining, bar, tobacco and other incidentals in the room or at the Hotel Bar / Coffee Shops shall be paid by the guest directly. The organiser shall not be liable for any incidentals apart from the Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
      This arrangement is applicable to only the registered guests and not visitors to the Guests. Any visitors accompanying the guest for any meals whatsoever, shall pay for the meals directly to the hotel.
  3. Young Professionals  - Delegates from India  under 30 years of age (Born on or after 30th July 1986) -  Working in advertising agencies/media organisations/digital agencies/ Specialist Agencies / Brand Marketers / OOH Solution Providers) – Please click here for Special Rates.
  4. All Award Delegates are eligible for attending only the Awards function and the networking cocktails thereafter. Entry to the conference hall for Award Delegates shall commence only after 7 PM on 29th July 2017.  Seminar delegate registrations are eligible to attend the OAA Awards 2016 Awards function and thereafter the networking Cocktails.
  5. All Options of delegate registrations does not include any sort of travel to and from the venue. Delegates are informed to make their own travel arrangements to & from the venue at all times.
  6. Registration will only be confirmed only on receipt of the participation fees. On-Spot registrations at the venue will be accepted by Credit / Debit Cards, Cheque & Demand Draft only.
  7. Delegate Registrations are not transferrable at the venue. In case of change of delegate names, the same can be done online until  15/07/2017 beyond which a name change charge of Rs. 1000/-  shall be applicable.
  8. Organisers reserve the right to disallow a confirmed delegate from transferring his/ her badge at the venue.
  9. Lost badges will be replaced at the venue for an additional charge of Rs.500/- per Badge. Please note that in case of lost badges, only the badge shall be replaced. The coupons for lunch & dinner shall not be part of the replaced badge.  Hence the Organisers request the delegate to take utmost care of the Lunch and Dinner coupons to avoid embarrassing situations on site.
  10. Individual's business and personal identification with photo must be carried at all times.
  11. No one will be permitted to vouch for another individual's credential.
  12. Organisers reserve the right to admission of any delegate at their discretion, even if the delegate’s badge has been issued and paid for.
  13. Organisers reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend entry to the event for any security reason, if necessary.
  14. Delegate Fees are not refundable at all under any circumstances.
  15. Indemnity: It is a precondition and acceptance by the participant(s) of OAC 2017 that the organizers / sponsors / event managers / hotel, etc. (jointly and severally referred to as the Organizers hereafter), shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims for damages and or any actions, civil or criminal or otherwise for:
    1. Any injury, damage, loss, theft, nuisance, illness, annoyance or inconvenience that may be caused to the delegate(s)/participant(s)
    2. Any damage or loss caused due to the death or injury to the delegate(s)/participant(s)
    3. Any drug abuse, unlawful or unacceptable behaviour like sexual advances, molestation, misconduct, etc., that any delegate(s)/participant (s)/others may indulge in and as a result cause any hurt or trauma or mental anguish or whatever of whatsoever nature to any delegate(s)/participant(s)/others.
    4. The Organizers do not take any responsibility for the safety of delegate(s)/participant(s) choosing to swim, participate in any event/game(s) or indulge in one or more other activities, whether at the venue or elsewhere in the locality. All delegate(s)/participant(s) will have to ensure their own personal safety at all times while attending various events/programs. 
    5. There is no expressed or implied warranty of any kind given by the Organisers to the delegate(s)/participant(s) participating in OAC 2017. 
    6. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the delegate(s)/participant(s) agree(s) that the Organizers shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect losses or expenses including loss of profit suffered or incurred by the delegate(s)/participant(s) arising out of any bonafide act or omission on the part of the Organizers and/or any uncontrollable events/ developments/ natural calamities, etc. that may impact/impede the conduct of OAC 2017 in any manner whatsoever.
