Outdoor Advertising Convention 2017 – Delegate Registration

The process for registering as a delegate at OAC 2017 is totally online. You may login at http://www.oacasia.org/delegate/ and register your company / yourself and create a bonafide login entry ID.
Once you register your company or yourself, you shall receive a Login ID along with Password on the email ID that you have provided during the registration process.

You can continue with your registrations or you can also log out and login at a different time, check your dashboard and enrol the delegate name/s.

You may be able to change delegate names until 15th of July 2017 at no additional fee. Any name changes done beyond 15th of July shall attract a charge of Rs. 1000/- per name, plus applicable taxes.

The delegate registrations shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the payment towards the same including applicable taxes. You shall get a notification of confirmation of registration and an invoice for the amount paid, to your registered email ID. 

You will receive a notification for each delegate registration in the form of a separate badge that will contain your name, company name and a QR Code.
