1. SINGLE EXECUTION CATEGORIES
All OOH Creatives that has been realised only at one location on only one conventional OOH format like billboards, bus shelters, strret furniture, transit etc., have to be submitted under one of the following sub categories. Entries in these categories cannot be entered in categories 2.A to 2.O. However if appropriate the entries in these categories are also elegible to compete in categories 3.A (Best Use of Innovation), 3.B (Best use of Ambient Media) & 3.C (Best use of Technology).
1.a Traditional Billboards
Any single location execution utilising any billboard format.
1.b Street Furniture
Any single location execution utilising any street furniture format including bus shelters, pole kiosk & other street level OOH formats.
1.c Transit Media
Any single execution on any transit format including airports, bus stations, railway stations and all types of vehicles including those created specifically for the purpose of advertising.
1.d Alternate Media
Any single execution on non-conventional OOH media including ambient installations confined to one single location.

2. MULTIPLE EXECUTION CATEGORIES
All OOH creatives that have been realised at more than one location have to be submitted under one of the following sub-categories.
2.a Telecom
Cellular service providers, Basic telephony, ISP, Calling cards, etc.
2.b Financial Services
Banks, Investment services, Insurance etc.
2.c Entertainment & Media
TV channels, radio, outdoor concessionaires, movies, music labels, festivals, Artistes etc.
2.d Automotive
Manufacturers and suppliers including consumables and spares
2.e FMCG
Personal care, household, food & beverages
2.f Consumer Durables
White goods, brown goods
2.g Business & Technology
Corporate advertising, business products and services
2.h Retail Brands
Stores, restaurants, salons, clubs, gyms etc.
2.i Real Estate & Construction
Real estate developers, construction products and services
2.j Travel & Hospitality
Airlines, railways, bus services, hotels, destinations, tour operators, travel services etc.
2.k Public & Social Service
Public health, environment and social issues
2.l Healthcare
Hospitals, OTC medicines, equipment and services
2.m Clothing, Footwear & Accessories
Clothes, footwear and accessories like watches, jewellery, bags, purses, belts etc.
2.n Education & Training
Universities, colleges, schools and training institutes
2.o Campaign of the year
Awarded to any campaign, irrespective of product / service and outdoor media format, comprising a minimum of three creative concepts based on the same central idea.

3. CATEGORIES
3.A Innovation of the year
The most innovative special effect created on any conventional outdoor format and includes special builds, 3D cutouts, customized lighting, creation of movement etc.
3.B Best Use of Ambient Media
The most creative use of non-conventional outdoor media and includes structured ambient like restrooms, shopping malls (excluding point-of-purchase advertising), airports, bus stations, theatres etc. as well as one-off, non-scaleable ambient opportunities.
3.c Best use of Technology
The most creative use of emerging display, engagement & interaction technologies.
3.D Best Format Innovation – New Media
Awarded to outdoor media concessionaires who have created new and innovative advertising formats.
3.E Best Format Innovation – Existing Media
Awarded to outdoor media concessionaires who have altered existing formats to create a more compelling advertising fascia for consumers and therefore for advertisers.
3.F Best Print Innovation
Awarded to printing houses who have created innovative and effective print solutions for advertisers.
3.G Zonal Media Owner of the Year - North
Awarded to concessionaires who have media presence only in the North Zone and have introduced the most number of innovations in media formats within the stipulated period. These could include new structures, innovative sizes/ shapes, unexplored locations etc.
3.H Zonal Media Owner of the Year - South
Awarded to concessionaires who have media presence only in the South zone and have introduced the most number of innovations in media formats within the stipulated period. These could include new structures, innovative sizes/ shapes, unexplored locations etc.
3.I Zonal Media Owner of the Year - West
Awarded to concessionaires who have media presence in the West zone and have introduced the most number of innovations in media formats within the stipulated period. These could include new structures, innovative sizes/ shapes, unexplored locations etc.
3.J Zonal Media Owner of the Year - East
Awarded to concessionaires who have a media presence in East Zone and have introduced the most number of innovations in media formats within the stipulated period. These could include new structures, innovative sizes/ shapes, unexplored locations etc.
3.K National Media Owner of the Year
Awards to concessionaires who has media presence more than one zone and have introduced the most number of innovations in media formats within the stipulated period in at least two different zones. These could include new structures, innovative sizes/shapes, unexplored locations etc.
3.L Printer of the Year
Awarded to progressive and forward thinking large format printing companies, these awards will be judged by a separate jury comprising advertising professionals from brand marketing and specialist outdoor agencies. The entries will be adjudged on multiple parameters like print innovation, print quality, consistency, value-addedservices, service orientation etc.
3.M Outdoor Media Plan of the Year - Local ( Only one city)
This award honors Outdoor Advertising Campaigns that effectively combine creative, media strategy & planning and execution to deliver to stated objectives of a brand
3.N Outdoor Media Plan of the Year - National
Plan should be covering more than four Cities/States( Plan should cover at least four markets across four different states) This award honors Outdoor Advertising Campaigns that effectively combine creative, media strategy & planning and execution to deliver to stated objectives of a brand
3.O Lifetime Achievement Award
This is a non-entry category and the award will individuals who have made outstanding & enduring contributions to raise the profile of the OOH medium & industry. The nominees and the final winners will be chosen by a panel representative of the OOH ecosystem and can be awarded to individuals (not companies or institutions) from the concessionaire, brand, creative, media planning, outdoor specialist, printing and regulatory specializations of the industry.
4.A International
All the work done by Indian & International agencies but implemented outside India will come under this category.
